Amphibia Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages from Amphibia’s business phone number, +1 (425) 671-5323.

What the texts are

If you call Amphibia and we miss your call, we send one text to the number you called from, saying we missed your call and asking how we can help. If you reply, we answer questions about Amphibia’s services and hours, and our team may follow up. We send no marketing or promotional messages.

How texts start and stop

• Texts start only after you call us. We never text numbers that haven’t called us, and we never buy, rent or share phone numbers.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve opted out, and no more after that. Reply START to turn texts back on.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@amphibiatech.com.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies: one text after a missed call, then replies only when you text us. Message and data rates may apply.

Automated replies

Some replies are written by an automated assistant that only uses information we give it about our business. It may not be able to answer every question; if it can’t, it will say so and pass your message to our team. It does not give prices or make promises by text.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
