What we collect
- Your phone number, when you call us and we miss the call.
- The text messages you send us and the replies we send you.
- The date and time of your call and messages.
We do not ask for payment details, and we ask you not to send sensitive information (such as card numbers or passwords) by text.
How we use it
- To send you a text after a missed call, asking how we can help.
- To answer questions you send us by text about our services and hours.
- To let our team know who called and why, so they can follow up if needed.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not text anyone who has not called us.
Automated replies
Some replies are written by an automated assistant that only uses information we give it about our business. It cannot see any other customer’s information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run our phone line, send and receive texts, and write automated replies. They process your information only to provide these services to us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it
We keep call and message records for 1 year, then delete them.
